Can I customize my trip?

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?
Yes, If you cancel you will get refund 50% from total deposit within 10 days notice.
For reschedule, yes you can reschedule the time and activities with similar amount of the package/itinerary.
Are English-speaking guides available?
All our guides are local and speaking English! So they really know the area and speak Bahasa Indonesia with the local people, so they can translate conversations for you indeed needed.
What should I pack for my trip to Bali?
For a Bali trip, pack light, breathable clothing, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, comfortable sandals/enclosed shoes, one sweater, one long pants, and essentials like your passport, adapters (Type C/F), cash (IDR), and a reusable water bottle; also consider a waterproof phone case and power bank for adventure and tech. Focus on lightweight fabrics for the tropical climate, leave expensive jewelry at home, and remember a light rain jacket for sudden showers.
